Terms & conditions
1) Reservation and Payment:
A confirmed booking requires payment according to the terms specified at the time of reservation. Prices include utilities, WiFi, linen and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated.
2) Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation terms follow the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to those terms.
3) Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found and the apartment is left in good condition.
4) Use of the Property:
The apartment is intended exclusively for residential use. Guests agree to respect the House Rules, the property, and the peace of the neighborhood.
5) Liability:
The hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during the stay, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are encouraged to ensure they have adequate travel insurance.
6) Check-in and Check-out:
Standard check-in and check-out times apply, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to respect these times may result in additional charges.
7) Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and agree to report it promptly. The cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
