We are delighted to welcome you and kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules so that every guest can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Please avoid parties or loud gatherings and be mindful of neighbors, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

• Overnight stays are reserved for registered guests only. Visits are welcome with prior agreement.

• We kindly ask you to take care of the furniture, appliances and equipment. Should anything be damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Help us keep the apartment clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is required, an extra fee may apply.

• Please dispose of garbage correctly, following the recycling instructions provided in the apartment.

• Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.

• Before leaving the apartment, please remember to close windows and doors, and switch off lights and air conditioning.

• Check-in and check-out times should be observed, unless otherwise arranged with us beforehand.
